    Sept. 25 2010

Today I got myself up and out of bed in time for lunch. I was in the mood for something cultural and my dad had raved about a place called Czech Kitchen right off the Old Town Square, so I decided to make my way over. I crossed through the Old Town Square just at the top of … More »

  • Just in to Prague

Posted by Andy Steves on September 20, 2010.

This afternoon Pat and I arrived in Prague from Paris. What a shift in scenery, and linguistic comfort. Once again, like my week in Greece a couple years ago, I am wholly illiterate except when it comes to "Restaurace" (restaurant) and "Pivo" (beer). In the rest of Western Europe, whether … More »

  • The Five-Floor Mega Club

Posted by Andy Steves on September 15, 2010.

The next night I did it all over again, but this time with a pack of Brazilians in a five-story club. The Chileans had to catch a flight to somewhere else early that morning. • Prague, Fine Beer and a Dirty Mustache

Happy Backpackers

I've been in Europe since the beginning of January and have traveled every weekend. This Easter Weekend was by far the best one. The hostel was perfect and super convenient, I made a ton of new friends, and our guides (Andy, Rhianne, and Elena) made sure we saw absolutely everything in the city. The meals included were all absolutely delicious, and Andy even brought snacks every once in a while to hold us over in between meals. We were given our Easter Mass tickets the night before and strategically planned to be in the front for mass. We followed Andy's suggestions and got to sit in the very front for Mass. The wait was worth it and so was every cent of the trip's cost. I barely spent any of my own money, just on transportation to and from the airport, gelato, and food on my last day there. I would 100% recommend this company to all of my friends!
