I thought WSA Rome was great! We went to all the major attractions that I wanted to see in Rome and did so in a timely manner. I feel like I was able to see so much in so little time and I couldn't have done that on my own. The professional tour guide that we had actually put meaning to the sites that I was seeing. I was able to not just look at these monumental things and take pictures but I learned all about the background and history that is involved. It was all so amazing! WSA was the most ideal way to have toured Rome - not only did I see and learn so much, but I had a blast too!    I was 'wow'd' stepping into the Colosseum and definitely entering the Vatican City. Learned so much in the two full days I spent there, it's unbelievable.

When we walked past the enormous line at the Colosseum, I knew that I had made such a good decision with WSA. You would have to stay in Rome a lot longer to see all that we saw because we were able to bypass lines and were traveling with someone who knew where they were going.

I feel like I covered the main Rome sites that I would've wanted to see if I had gone there on my own.  I felt the whole experience was great and I learned a lot about Rome and Italian culture which is always my goal when travelling.

I have been fortunate to travel to a lot of different places over the course of my lifetime both independently and in tour groups, but I don't think I have ever had a guide as amazing as Marti was.  Her enthusiasm and passion for Italy and Italian culture was contagious!  It was like having an extremely knowledgeable local as our guide, but one who understood everything an American college student wanted...the best of both worlds!  Her little cultural lessons along the way were definitely the highlights of my trip; especially the ones on how to eat like an Italian.

At the end of our visit to St. Peter's Marti gave us all postcards, stamps, and a pen so that we could all send our families a postcard from the smallest country in the world.  It was such a simple thing but it was moments like this that just made our tour so special.

It was nice to go on tours in the  morning and have the freedom to explore in the afternoon. WSA Rome is a great program for study abroad students looking to travel in Europe for short weekend trips.  I would recommend it to everyone!

WSA Paris was perfect.  I'm usually not one for guided tours or having my days planned out for me, I kind of like to just roam and see things at my own pace, but choosing to do the WSA tour of Paris was one of the best decisions I've ever made!

Our guide Kevi did a perfect job of giving us just the right amount free time intermixed with the planned parts of the itinerary, and he presented all of the important information on each site in a way that was exciting and fun.  I was able to experience so much more of Paris in two days than I ever could have seen on my own. I can't imagine seeing Paris for the first time in any other way.

WSA made visiting Paris the most stress-free trip I've ever taken. I would sign up for another WSA tour in a heartbeat, I wouldn't even think twice!

Paris is the one place I have dreamed of going my whole life, and I am so glad I chose to experience it for the first time through the WSA tour.  I was absolutely blown away by everything about the city, but the highlights were the Eiffel Tower (of course), and the bike and boat tours. The tours were an awesome, unique way to see the city. Seeing the Eiffel Tower as it lit up and sparkled from a boat on the Seine was one of the most surreal moments of my life.

At first I felt like maybe I had made a mistake when I booked my trip and friends began telling me I could have done the exact same thing on my own for much cheaper. However, now I completely disagree with that, and think it is probably the wisest money I've ever spent!  Just the fact of not having to stress about the details like the hostel, where to eat, and other details like that was worth the money.  As I mentioned before, there's no way I would have been able to see anywhere near the same amount of things on my own in such a short time, and would have spent probably a ridiculous amount of time just wandering around trying to find things.  Most importantly though, I was able to do things that I never would have splurged on or decided to do on my own, like the bike tour and the boat tour, which ended up being my favorite parts of the trip.

Thank you so much for planning such a great tour!  I really couldn't have asked for more out of it.  Also many, many thanks to Kevi, for making our time in Paris so fun and memorable!

With WSA Rome, I enjoyed the tours in the morning and evening with the free afternoon. I had lots of time to see everything I wanted and still had a wonderful time during our touring. WSA was a great investment. We gained a friend throughout the weekend and learned a lot through the tours! I would definitely book another WSA tour!

Marti was amazing this weekend and I can't thank her enough for being so bubbly and happy throughout the whole experience! Also, the hostel that was booked for us was great.

I thought WSA Rome was great! It allowed for all of us to see the main tourist attractions while allowing us a lot of free time.

WSA isn't like any other tour group. The guides are people who you can relate to; they don't seem like guides at all. I thought that I would only dream to be in a place with such history! With WSA you definitely get what you pay for.

I was very happy with WSA Amsterdam's itinerary because I got to see good museums and see the culture of the city, and I also got to try traditional Dutch food. I also enjoyed that we were taken around a lot of different parts of the city so we could learn how to get around.

WSA: Unlimited amounts of culture and candy. My "wow" moments included the van gogh museum, my humongous pancake lunch (actually, every meal), experiencing and learning about the red light district, and seeing the IAmsterdam sign. I've already done Barcelona and Amsterdam with WSA, and will also be visiting Paris and London with WSA too! And I think it was definitely a good value for everything that came in the package.

WSA Amsterdam was a great way for me to travel with a group and learn more about the city, while at the same time having plenty of free time to make my own adventures. I loved seeing the canals with really old buildings in the distance. I also liked visiting museums, etc. in the morning and having the afternoons mostly free to walk around and do some things on your own.

"In just a few short days, I experienced some true color of Irish culture not only centered around St. Patrick's Day but everyday life as well. Andy plans his trips beyond the common tourist's experience. It was organized, easy going, and fun! I saw everything I wanted to while on the trip that I otherwise probably wouldn't have gotten to see!"

Happy Backpackers

I've been in Europe since the beginning of January and have traveled every weekend. This Easter Weekend was by far the best one. The hostel was perfect and super convenient, I made a ton of new friends, and our guides (Andy, Rhianne, and Elena) made sure we saw absolutely everything in the city. The meals included were all absolutely delicious, and Andy even brought snacks every once in a while to hold us over in between meals. We were given our Easter Mass tickets the night before and strategically planned to be in the front for mass. We followed Andy's suggestions and got to sit in the very front for Mass. The wait was worth it and so was every cent of the trip's cost. I barely spent any of my own money, just on transportation to and from the airport, gelato, and food on my last day there. I would 100% recommend this company to all of my friends!
